Do you really want a credit card? Or do you want to order something using a credit card and you have the money? They have loading "credit cards" where you transfer funds from your bank to the card so that you can order things online - Like I only have MasterCards for some reason and I have this one site that will only take VISA, so when I need to order from that site I just put more money into my "Visa" account and use that. If that's what you want, google "secured Visa card" or "Secured credit card" otherwise I'd try "instant credit" or something like that - for the instant credit deal, the interest rate will probably bust your stuff, but if you need the card and you see no other way...Good Luck!
