There are lots of dolphins in sea across Palolem beach. Dolphin spotting trips are available at reasonable prices. While on this trip, stop by Butterfly beach where you will feel as if you have the entire beach to yourself.

turn up, sit in a bar/shack have a drink and a rest. If there are more than one of you, then one should go to the shacks to check out the accomodation etc (get a better deal as won't look knackered), there is plenty there.
If its just you, then do the same, or just book in for a night and look the following day
