Is it possible to return to court and ask that restaining orders against you be dropped? It's been 1 1/2 years since they were granted. I haven't ever violated them. I have completely turned my life around since then and have no desire to see these people but don't want my name to come up as a restrained person anymore. I also want to go back to the shooting range but both orders prohibit me from using a gun.
If it's possible to have these dropped, what forms would I file for the courts?

The only person who can petition the court to have a restraining order dropped is the person who initiated the order, so you as the respondent cannot get the order dropped, only the petitioner can request that it be dropped or modified.

If she has filed the order she should not be in concern if she chooses to break it--yet she's making a extensive mistake if she does. The restraining order replaced into positioned into consequence to guard her from this guy. The court docket device won't take her heavily if she intentionally places herself in place to be close to him.

You cant drop a restraining order on yourself. The people who have them ordered against you can though. Get a lawyer and talk to them about it.

Yes, but you may need a lawyer unless the person who filed them goes to court and asks that they be rescinded.
