You can scan it and send it into the FBI Photographic Locator database - They will match it up by comparing distinctive characteristics and provide you with matches.If this doesnt work, and it probably wont because there is no such thing -- then just place an ad in your local paper with the picture and say -- Looking for info -- and see what kind of info you get back
