laser is the only thing you can do to not have a scarf. what i can suggest you is to wait until you can pay the treatment, it will take some time but you wont have an ugly scarf.

If you want a scarless removal, then your best bet would be by lasering it. It is generally more expensive than getting the tattoo done but by far it is the best method. More and more general practitioners are offering tattoo removal at a bargain as laser machines are more readily available. You might want to check with your family doctor to find out. Some of them even package the sessions to make it more attractive in terms of pricing or alternatively, if you have a credit card, some places would allow you to pay in interest free installments!!!

There will always be a risk of scarring which could look worse than the actual tattoo. As a temperary cover up there are some special make up products specially designed to cover up tattoos and scars but they can be expensive maybe you could use it until you have saved enough for laser treatment or as a last resort you could have it covered by another tattoo - one you like better but you would need to find a good artist. good luck

Some scarring is inevitable, but is minimal if the doctor knows his stuff. They cost a lot more coming off than going on!

A tattoo is forever. I would keep it and be proud of it.
