according to the French guide 'guide du routard', the cheapest accommodations in this book were in Tamil Nadu II Youth Hostel at Botanical garden in Church Hill Road, phone 436 65.
The price given to French people must be higher than for locals, obviously!
So good luck

large 8 yet look at each and every motel on Yahoo and look at. you may also evaluation on what others say about the motel...in a lot of circumstances the most inexpensive lodges and lodges are grimy and a waste of money.
