There are plenty of other ways to have fun that don't your endanger health or life.

when you are chockking that mean that it is a lack of air that is not getting into your wind pips and that makes you panic because you are not breathing, then your brain send out a message to your nerves so you can react to cailm yourself down so you want chocke and die.
