Do I need to buy a whole wireless system for my home PC or can it just work with my regular cable internet? Just had my service switched from Verizon DSL to Road Runner cable internet(not wireless) and I don't want to spent 100 dollars buying the adapter if I have to change my whole home PC set-up as well......HELP!!!! I don't know what I need to do to get my xbox live back!

Yes you will need a wireless network configuration if you want to play wirelessly. You will need a wireless router and the 360 Wireless adapter.

To play games online you need need a router like linksys.
They are about $70 in a store but probably cheaper on ebay
