it means he knows how to get around rules, around women saying no and so on, he knows every angle, think of it as a polygon, he knows every side so that he knows how to get around it.

it means he his well prepared for class 4cs afternoon doublemaths lesson involving er protracting and um.. refracting and fun things like that..
