Make sure you get to rest every day with your legs elevated a bit (up) My doctors advice was if you start feeling pressure then sit and take it easy. Try a hot water bottle under your hips or put a pillow in the small of your back. Sometimes being on all four (hands and knees) helps to relieve the pressure on your back and hips. If you are going to take pain killers of any sort check with your doctor first. The only other thing I can think of is get someone to give you a foot massage. Your feet have acupressure points on them that when pressed or massaged, they will help relieve pain and ease pressure in different parts of your body. Good luck to you with this.

A body pillow helps a lot. I also found that if I filled the tub up with warm water and layed on my belly and kinda "floated" it took the weight off my stomach and hips. Get a birithing ball and sit/rock on that it feels GOOD!! Can you go get a massage or have someone rub your hips? BUt the yoga/birthing ball really helps!!

With weight of body you tend to be at one place only.try to go on changing the position conveniently .you can just walk few steps in the same room .If you feel very painful there are many gels which u8 can apply for release of pain .

A physical therapist should be able to teach you some stretches that you can do to ease your tight muscles.
