One cannot. In fact, entire countries cannot "handle" it! You can only do whatever is possible to be safe, encourage your government to do the same, and try to believe that nothing bad is going to happen. Because if you are afraid, THEY WIN!
So, if I were living where terrorist acts were taking place regularly, would I be afraid? You bet. But I'd do everything in my power to live a normal life, just to piss 'em off. And I'd try not to be afraid.

Handling terrorism? Never handle it, just nail it. U cannot say cross border terrorism if u mean Indian. Its border military activity of Pakistan. Still Indians name it terrorism. India is allowing a devil plant to become a baniyan tree. It should ve finished the issue way back now almost out of hands but not completely. Bring back Acts like POTA to eliminate this evil at the earliest if not they start handling India. Politicians should keep their power politics aside and come out with comprehensive solutions to eliminate this.

You can't fight terrorism. Why? because terrorism is an act. An act done by people with ideas. You can fight the people but the ideas never die. The idea spreads and gains power every time you try to stop it. So in the end you can never truly stop it because it will rise again is some other form.

Close it off! Let no one else in here from Mexico! Or anywhere for that fact! This is a time of war and we need security and letting anyone legal or illegal come in from other countries is a security risk! Especially since terrorists are boasting and bragging about coming into America illegally through the Mexican border! If anyone is caught coming in illegally, put them on file, if they are terrorists and have threats and means of destruction towards our country. Put them on file, kick them out of the country and monitor them everyday in everyway! If they try again, shoot them! How can we have a secured country, if our borders are wide open and basically yell out, come on in and blow us up and kill us! But no, we can't do that, these illegal immigrants are wanting to come into our country, make a living for their families back in their home country. Use our medical, our education, and our jobs. They come over here, burn the American flag on post offices, and raise the Mexican flag.
Notice how all these people in America, hate America, these illegals saying this country is bad. But yet, they come over here illegally, they live here illegally. These liberals saying they would rather live in Venuzuela, live under that dictator, Chavez. These Harvard idiots that bring the Iranian Dictator and listen to him, but not our President. To talk to liberals, to talk to gay liberals, about how Islam kills gays, because it is a sin in their religion, and how Islam treats their females! But yet, they say how much it is better in these places, and the leaders are so much better! BUT NEVER ACTUALLY GO LIVE OVER THERE!!
AMERICA IS THE GREATEST COUNTRY ON THIS PLANET! YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH IT LEAVE!

for my country terrorism is all coming from my naibour country and they publicly declain saying that they dont but they have groups which trains people and send them to make all nonsense mischeous acts because of religion.
the only way is to make them understand that nothing will be left with violence. no religion is telling people to kill innocents and gain .
but people in terrorism are blindly influenced by their leaders and follow them but they have to think that nothing is left when they do some violence.
most of the countries affected by this root cause only.and most of the people in terrorism are unemployed and uneducated. so we are the people make them to understand this .
