are you talking about a pimple? like...a facial blemish, yo? i've found that when you feel one developping (tender skin, slightly raised) put a SMALL dab of dawn dish detergeant on the pimple only, the earlier you catch it, the better, but it's never too late for it to do some good. not on surrounding skin, so only a small amount so it doesn't run down your face, and leave it there overnight. this will either prevent it from developping altogether, or speed up its lifespan at the least. the detergeant has ingredients in it that sap moisture out of your skin like woah, and this is perfect for the pimple, but nowhere else. it also has triclosan, an excellent anti-bacterial agent found in the most successful antibacterial soaps and toothpastes.

how fast do you want to get rid of it ? If you want to do it quick....get a hot towel as hot as you can stand ,keep it on the zit to draw the crud to the skin surface ...keep doing this for a few minutes.........then, get a sharp needle....steralize it with a match or something....be careful it gets hot...then pierce the white head at the top .....gently squeeze ..........voila! no white head......

White head, then the next one is a black head, and the one after that is oily skin.

watch what happens when you set it in water. it will dissolve that is what happens when you eat it.
