Season's 52! It's totally awesome and their desserts (called mini indulgences) are to die for!

depends on where in Orlando you want to go to. i would suggest a lesser known place so that way there will be less people and you wont have to wait hours for a table.
on i-drive go to red bamboo it is a great Thai place that is beautiful inside.
also on idrive try jacks place or everglades if you want an expensive dinner without the crowds and theme park tourists.
winter park has some great restaurants as well.
there are way too many to name it also depends on what style of food you want.

Emeril's - Pretty pricey and needs to be booked well in advance. http://www.emerils.com/restaurants/orlando_emerils/index.html
Roy's - Not as pricey as Emeril's but still up there with just as good as food. Also needs to be booked in advance http://www.roysrestaurant.com/
Kobe - One of my favorite restaurant's fantastic food great entertainment and decent prices. Doesn't need reservations but they help. http://www.kobesteakhouse.com/
There are more but these are what I can think of now.
