if you mean you add a small amount of motor oil into your transmission, nothing serious will happen, however there are some oils that dont mix up good,specially oil of different brands and grades, they will form some bubbles that is not good for your transmission specifically for automatics, for manual transmission its not a problem.
for best results, always use the recommended oil for your transmission to avoid having troubles, and maintain at correct level

Why on earth would you want to do that? Transmission oil has far more lubricating properties than motor oil!

There is a product called marvels mystery oil. It goes in the trans and helps it shift.
How-ever if you are talking about say a 10W20 or so it will gum pu the frount pump in the tork converter and cause it ti not shift correctly.
have it removes asap as it will gum up the trans.

all auto trans fluids(ATF) have chemicals in them that are called friction modifiers. without this chemical the transmission would slip. adding oil will decrease the friction modifier's ability to do their job and will cause your trans to slip. flush it immediately.

bad things will happen. if you have already made this mistake, tow it to the nearest shop and have the transmission flushed.

I don't think anything much would happen. Tranny oil is just oil with a red dye.

Don't make a habbit of it.
