I'm not sure. Maybe Osama Bin Laden.
He would definitely represent the head of the snake, but I'm not sure the snake would die.
I really have a hard time thinking of any specific person I would want to kill. Osama comes the closest.

.I have no desire to kill anyone.
There are some difficult people in this world. Some who make it very dangerous,and difficult for the rest of us.
Yet, assassinations have not seemed to change anything.
Unless there is an overwhelming figure, like Hitler, I am not sure we cannot love them to death.

killing any living being can be allowed only and only in one circumstance and that is in self defence and that also not preemptively until there is a clear cut threat that if you do not take action the other thing would kill you.
