been wondering as to what are the methods available to teach better to adult learners. i am seeking answers closer to GEROGOGY.

I thought you'd mispelled geology there for a second. Seems you're talking about adult learners from adult to old age. There are a tonne of teaching methods out there it's like choosing a car at times. There are a million approaches though, you could be bogged down all year with them.
