is there anything out there in that can heal with good recovery or speed up the process? is there anything to maintain the myelin sheath as it waits for the nerves to actually pass through?

I know my homeopath has myelin sheath remedy. There are also several herbal therapies that you could use. Your best bet is to see a naturopath for a consultation. They will be able to help you determine the specific herbal and/or homeopathic therapies to bring your body back into balance to promote healing. Check with your local health food store to see who they would recommend.

I work with a naturopath that graduated from the school listed below and respect and trust her knowledge. They list their graduates by state on their web site. I've also included a resource to find a homeopath.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

No. Science has not come so far as to figure out how to re-construct or "regrow" myelin sheath. One thing is that fat contributes to the make up of the myelin in your body. Make sure you are getting your healthy fat in your diet. Consult a dietician, they are very good at meal planning for specific diseases as well. They can recommend the best vitamins to take to promote healing, and recovery. Best of luck....
