If you already have an opinion on science that you are learning, then you will only see the part you wish to see. That is not the spirit with which to approach ANY kind of education. Even the Pope says," Evolution is more than a theory" and as for the Big Bang, there are other theories, such as the Steady State Theory, that compete with it on a scientific basis. Intelligent Design, however, is not science, and it cannot be compared to the Theory of Evolution on scientific or religious ground. Perhaps if you let go of your antagonism toward open thinking, you will end up actually learning science and enjoying it; perhaps this enjoyment might bring you closer to your religious center. You never know...

Science is science. It will tell u how the universe works.

Dont use science for or against religion.

Science can only tell us how this universe works, it cant tell you why this universe was created or why it exists.

Religion is religion

The aim of religion is to do good. Religion is not concerned with explaining how things work but rather religion is for making the heart pure and teaching us good morals.

So respect both science and religion and be a complete human being by studying both.

Good luck.

Science is very good subject if a person understand it in a proper
way. Big bang theory and evolution is not yet defined as per scientific laws.Scientists still not yet confirmed the origin of
universe from a single nebula.

Evolution is a fact, theory of evolution by Darwin is not, though it has a lot of scientific proof that backs it up, however, if for some very unlikely and strange reason darwins theory of evolution was wrong it would not mean that evolution is not a fact.

Its like gravity, theres different theories that try to explain how it works, even if none of them is right, gravity is still a fact.

Dont be confused by all those religious pseudo scientists out there.

Religion and science are not the same thing, and they can coexist peaceably. Any scientist will tell you (as I am telling you) that nothing in science can be *proven*. But what you must understand (and what I believe you do not yet understand) is that nothing in this world is black and white. Indeed, the fact that nothing can be proven absolutely in science is a strength, not a weakness. Religion is absolute, black and white, but science never will be. As long as you insist that scientific thoeries must be *proven* than you don't understand what science is all about.

Science is science.

God is magic.

If science is your favorite subject, you must know, if not understand "the scientific method". Apply it to God and see how far it gets you.

Just continue your religion and don't let any facts disrupt your fairy tale. That's what I tell my wife. She prays while the Atheist fixes her car. When the Atheist is finished she thanks God for fixing her car. Religious people make absolutely no sense to anyone with and reason, logic or common sense.

You are against science because it disagrees with your religion?
Have you ever heard of the dark ages?
Do you want mankind to be plunged into eternal ignorance?
Will Jesus come and keep you warm when the power plants stop working because there is no one left who knows how to make them work?
What are you thinking?

Maybe you should take a break from studying science and concentrate on English for awhile.

Science and religion don't have to oppose each other. Science is useful for explaining things we do understand. Religion helps explain things that are mysteries.
