Before my mother in law has gastric bypass surgery she was a rather large woman, I helped her a lot with this problem but if I was working she'd use lots of toilet paper and go from the front, and sometimes she'd use those wet ones which got her much cleaner, now if you are being serious this is as serious as I can get...

I would ask the nurse in any hospital because they are the ones who have to train the patients in being able to reach their hiney to wipe after pooping.

This is a very important question. You should ask a 300-400 pound person if you can watch them take a crap. If you're really concerned, you can even offer to wipe them.

That is a disgusting thought. I think I saw somewhere, maybe even on YA, about a long reach wiper and mirror to check. Weird. My husband is only 200 lbs and he could use something like that. HA!

I used to work in a Nursing home. We had quite a few overweight elders. Not many of them live to that old, diabetes, etc. gets the best of them.

they don't, they spread the toilet paper on the edge of the tub, then straddle it and move back and forth...lol
