maybe if you gave us the rest of the lyrics, it would be easier to interpret this part in the context of the whole song.

Some people think it's a dirty song. I read the lyrics and she either stood him up and left him waiting by the house of fun or she got drunk on wine at the beach and didn't make it. Who knows??
