I don't nor have I ever read any other of King's books, watched the movies.. and I got "the eyes" by mistake and loved it, have tried others but could never get into them., and asked about the rest of the story whan i was given a messed up book. the cover and title page was gone .. I read about two pages before I had to go and have never found it after that.. so when I found a copy of the eyes at a flea market i got it.. now what I read in the messed up book was more or less a catch up from the eyes.. and have asked others who are really in to his books and they also remember reading that book.. but none seem to remember what it was called..after asking about it here a lot of people said that I may be thinking of the dark tower books.. but I've got thou a few and nothing and have asked just today and was told that it was not those books that flagg was in a few but that there was another book that picked up where Eyes left off..could he have writen the 2nd book under another name??

Stephen King did also write under the name Richard Bachman. I have not heard of a sequel to "The Eyes of the Dragon." I believe I have read just about everything he has written. I am looking at a list of his books right now, and I don't think any of them are a sequel to that book. Maybe it was a short story. I can't think of one off the top of my head, but Stephen King does carry over characters from some of his books. You have me curious now. I am going to look through my collection now and see if I come up with anything for you.

OK, I just looked at my book that talks about all of his work. In the section about The Eyes of the Dragon it mentions that the Dark Tower theme is also in The Stand, The Dark Tower series, The Talisman, and Insomnia. I do vaguely recall reading more about the characters from The Eyes of the Dragon, but it was most likely incorporated into one of his other stories. It may have been in Black House, which is a follow up to The Talisman. I don't think I really helped you much here, but I do have to say I highly recommend that you read The Talisman. It is one of my favorite Stephen King books.

Are you sure it wasn't a short story? I think he may have done a short story connecting from Eyes...

And, it has been a very very long time since I read Eyes (12-14 years, something like that), but the Dark Tower connection is, if I remember correctly, that Roland is the not-too-distant descendant of one of the characters in Eyes.
