I liked "The Pelican Brief."

Good plot. Nice role by Roberts. Well-done mystery-thriller.

Even though I hated it, "Pretty Woman" was her best performance. The thesis of a grungy prostitute selling her wares to a multi-millionaire and becoming a happy, wholesome person as portrayed by Walt Disney, which had previously been a family-oriented company is fairly ludicrous.

Like many actors, Julia Roberts only portrays herself in any role she accepts. She has limted range, since whatever character she is playing will always be the same as the last one she played.

I like all of Julia Roberts movies. She did a good job in Erin Brokovich but she also acted well in Mona Lisa Smile.

Mystic Pizza, Pretty Woman, Flatliners, My Best Friends' Wedding...

My favorite is Steel Magnolias because of all the emotion and how well matched she was with her fabulous costarts. Great script, great directing, great acting.

I actually thought Erin Brockovich was not that great. Julia won the Oscar just for being Julia.
