I had given Nutrilite Glucosamine HCl with Boswellia to my mother-in-law age 56 suffering from knee arthritis she had taken only 2 doses and had developed severe knee pain and swelling on her hands and she is finding it difficult to walk. Is is due to Glusosamine or any other reason. We had stopped giving this suppliment.

If anybody have similar experience please reply urgently. Thanks

I guarantee you the Glucosamine is not the cause of the pain and swelling. Glucosamine is a natural lubricant and cannot possibly cause these symtoms. I use Nutrilite products and have for more then 4 years, one of them being the glucosamine and have never had any problems. There must be some other underlying cause to this pain.

You need to source a further 7 'sugars' to have the desired effect.
I work with the research and development company who pioneered the science you are touching upon.

Drop me ane-mail via my profile, I will call you if you like. If you just want some information, I can always e-mail it to you.

Take care!

It sounds like she has taken a reaction to what you have given her. She may be allergic to one part of the ingredients.

I would suggest contacting a doctor. He will know exactly what is in the medicine and could tell what is causing the inflamation.
