Not really. We all have to go one day and it will be great to finally find out what happens in the next world. After all, nobody really knows what happens after death. There's only one way to find out.

I'm not scared of dying, I'm just afraid of having to feel the pain. Dying is part of life anyways. What can you do about it?

Afraid of dying? Not anymore. Once you've looked at death right in the eyes, you become comfortable with it. Most people are afraid because they are afraid of the unknown..who knows what's on the other side? I look at it this way: Before I was born, it was all darkness and nothingness. I expect it to be the same when I go.

No, I'm not afraid of dying. What I fear is how I am going to die. I hope it's in my sleep at a ripe old age. I don't want to suffer in pain. Dying can't be that difficult. Look at all the stupid people that have died...seriously.

no , no , i am not but sometimes im afraid of living because when you start really living it makes the inebidable death that much harder to deal with. dying is just another form of living that intrigues me enough to do dangerous things to push open doors left closed by those before us that created the mess behind those doors and instead of tidying up the place have swept the trash under the carpet instead of taking it out. im not here to clean up anybodys mess im here to insure that the next somebody doesnt make the same mistakes of closing doors on the messy rooms and hoping that nobody wont come along and check them out. nobody is all ways going to come along and expose somebody for thier true selves and thier true doings thats why theres always a job for a nobody but somebody thats a different story. stranger in the night.

i think dying is the ultimate of letting go..can you let it all go?
...pain is secondary...but if i was in the position, i would be afraid- afraid if my husband will be okay, my children, my friends, what about my cat, i know i'll be afraid if never see or feel ever again...however, some people have been content or excepting of their situation...part of the reason i think that there is of death---is not knowing what the other side of death is...that is why it is important to have some sort of faith to help the transition from life to whatever comes after easier..

When we know Jesus, Who conquered death when He died on the cross and rose again the third day after, it is just a heartbeat to the next beautiful world, but it is normal in man to fear death because we were created to live forever. Death is not the intended event for us who were created in the image of God. To be with someone who is dying and believes in Jesus is an awesome thing, because the Bible says "Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His saints." God sends His angels to be sure our spirit is safely escorted directly to heaven. So though the natural fear is in us, we can hear Jesus say "It is I, be not afraid."

Not really. But i don't want to leave all those i love alone. And there's so many things i want to do for them, i just don't want to go without realising it.
Am more afraid of my loved ones dying. My mum has cancer and everyday i feel like losing her. Everyday i wake up wondering. I think am more scared about her leaving me.

Likewise. I'm not afraid of dying. There has been some cases where I guess I'm about to die. But it doesn't matter to me. It does matter to a few people. I can't explain that much why.

I'm not "afraid" of dying but i am worried that i will die before i get the chance to experiance a few things!!
So its more of a fear of not living fully before dying... does that make sence?!
:)
