She's hot man. Isn't 14 old enough to know? What about the 15 year old kid who was charged with murder? Is 14 an innocent age and 15 isn't? If I were 14 I would've had sex with her and told everyone....because that's just plain cool.

Yeh, good point on prosecution regardless of whether the victim will testify or not. I think this women should be treated the same way she would be if she were a male teacher. House arrest seems rediculous to me! And, using her illness as an excuse is a disgrace. It just perpetuates the stereotype that mentally ill people are a menance to society - so not true. Perverts are.
