VIENNA (Reuters) - U.N. inspectors have protested to the U.S. government and a congressional committee about a report on Iran's nuclear work, calling parts of it "outrageous and dishonest," according to a letter obtained by Reuters.

The letter recalled clashes between the IAEA and the Bush administration before the 2003 Iraq war over findings cited by Washington about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction that proved false, and underlined tensions over Iran's dossier.

Then why exactly is the Iranian President himself threatening anybody that tries to stop their nuclear weapons program? Are you that selective as to which news you pay attention to?

And how stuborn do you have to be to deny that Saddam Hussein gassed thousands of his own people with chemical weapons? What do you think WMDs are?

There already is.
Most people are not aware of two things.
1)Iran is not trying to develop nuclear weapons.
2)If it was, it is many years away from completeing such a development.

It seems to me to be amazing that a country like America can complain about another country wanting to use nuclear energy to produce electricity, when it is using WMDs itself daily in Iraq.
Depleted Uranium (DU) is a WMD, by all definitions, and the equivalent of 400,000 Nagasaki bombs have been left lying around Iraq in the form of DU. It has crippled thousands of American soldiers, and caused untold misery to the Iraqi citizens. Iraq is now uninhabitable to all intents and ourposes.

Yes, the American Government is lying on a daily basis, and should all be impeached, and jailed for life in Guantamo.

Everybody's an expect now - or at least an arm chair quarterback.

Fact: At the time, there was every indication in all of the data and surveillance and information that we, the British, the French, etc...etc.....had to indicate that Iraq had WMDs - and that's a cold, hard fact. Add to this Saddam's refusal to comply with UN resolutions and inspections and what conclusion would you draw??

The majority in both houses of Congress were privy to all of these reports. Colin Powell was certainly convinced.

You want to start a conspiracy theory? How about the weapons were shipped to Saudi Arabia, or Iran, or Egypt.............Saddam certainly had plenty of opportunity. It wasn't exactly a surprise attack we launched on Iraq!

First off, this is a story based on a " House of Representatives committee report", not from the White House. Second, do you really think Iran just wants electricity? Why did they turn down numerous deals that would have given them nuclear energy from Uranium enriched in Russia? Why do they insist on enriching their own Uranium while simultaneously saying that Israel needs to be 'wiped off the map'?

Lies from the Bush administration...

...people don't expect anything less of the Bush adminstration.

Lying is Standard Operating Procedure in the Bush Bubble.

After the misleading Iraq intelligence that Bush tried to brainwash us with, I wouldn't trust a damn word coming from any conservative's mouth.

Check you're facts, we found mobile chemical weapons labs. If you want to argue the fact that they didn't have any actual usuable weapons in them I'm just going to point out that the Iraqi's had many days to dump/hide them, plus nobody builds mobile chem weapon labs and doesn't use them.
