when you get there, hold in CTRL and push F. a box for finding text will appear. in that box, type TOTG to go to the temple of the gods section.
in the temple of the gods, you will have to fight a darknut to get the bow. arrows are a common drop by certain enemies, and also found by cutting grass, but arrows will never appear when you haven't gotten the bow yet

Temple Of The Gods. After you put the three pearls in the the three statue's hands it will rise out of the water and you get to be tossed across the ocean again and slammed up against a wall.

I think you get the bow and arrows in the temple of the gods?? But I could be wrong. I know you get it in that temple or before that temple.

You get it in one of the temples, but I forgot wich one it was.
