well here it goes about two months ago my ex pick me up at home took me home had her way with me and the next day talk to her mom and she said im takeing u home i was like what for and when she dropped me off she said she didn't want to be with me no more i was crying like a girl makes me sound bad saying that but two days later and i was begging to her to be with me and she said im talking to three other guys it just about killed me it feels like the devil trying to ruin my life how do i go about this im so confused about this wel just last nite i talked to her agian like an idiot and she said she seeing some body if ur a real woman i need advice from somebody that knows what im talking about thax jimray

This may sound cold-hearted, but reality is what it is - the best way to get over and old girl is to get a new one. Now, don't go rush into a new relationship, but do go and date.
The fact that your girl is talking with three other guys says that she hasn't considered your feelings, so don't dwell on her (or hers). If you don't feel comfortable going out to hot spots try the online thing. Find you an online friend.

let her go i know its hard but you need to get rid of everything she gave you all photos etc and just dich them or give them away. i spilt up with a guy after a really long time ands found by doing this it helped. then go out with a few mates and have a drink or two. just rememeber that you are a great person and that its her losse that she no longer has you in her life and that you will find that someone that you will make happy and they will do the same for you.

dude, you need to be more confident. Been there. She's got too much say in how you feel about yourself. You gotta be your own best friend. It'll get better when you realize this.
