Treat everyone you meet with kindness and respect - always.
This is even more critical if you have children - they watch and listen to everything you do. Raise them to be color blind.

As for many similar questions, the only genuine answer seems to be that we have to begin with the way we treat people ourselves. To win over the world can only be done one person at a time, beginning with myself. Your actions of a positive nature really do matter!

Get 20 persons to put on T-SHIRTS stating " WHO WOULD YOU HIRE or FIRE FIRST ? " Stand on a busy street corner in your city, record your responses, work on bettering the society and lifestyle you and your friends would like to set an EXAMPLE for others to take a REAL GOOD LOOK AT!
