I have a problem with synchronization between the left and right hands while typing. I make many mistakes for many times, for examples, "the" I usually write it down "hte". I can't figure out the reason, this is happeninig for a while although my hands would directly go to the desired letter or number. Any suggestions please!!!

I think the synchronization comes with time, a little at a time.

I think you need to consciously think of each letter as you type. Don't worry about speed. Just be very deliberate about slowing down a little, thinking the "t" as you type it, etc. Doing this is a way to slow the hands down a little and let your mind take control of them for another little while until typing becomes more automatic.

What's happening is that your hands know the letters to go to. They just don't yet (for lack of a more scientific description) have a complete "hook up" with your brain yet. They're not quite ready to be left on their own and trust to go to the right keys. Slowing down slightly and being deliberate about each letter will put the control back with your brain until the hands are more able to just automatically do it right. (Have you had someone you call all the time on the phone, and you realize you no longer know their phone number because your brain has now "left the remembering of it up to the hands"? It can almost be a little creepy to realize that you brain forgets something but your hands remember it!!) Right now, you just have to make sure your brain stays in solid control. Later your brain won't even seem to be involved in typing.

I don't know how long you've been typing, but I've been typing for a long time; and I'm about as accurate as you can get; but when I'm tired I actually do exactly what you have described from time to time; so there's the chance that you're just tired and if you haven't been typing a long time maybe it happens more often for you when you're tired.

I do the same thing. The only thing that has worked for me is to slow down just a little bit to allow myself to type more accurately. It's common to most typists at one time or another. You can retrain yourself to type the word 'the' correctly and then speed back up again. Good luck and don't worry.

two words: efficiency and effectiveness..

you may be efficient in typing fast, but you'er ineffective by incorrect typing.

in simple definition, efficiency is doing things RIGHT whilst effectiveness is doing the RIGHT thing!

so, my suggestions are just like others... start slow but very accurate, then as you go along.. increase the speed... it's not an overnight process or development.. be patient and you'll get there.. be efficient but be more effective

apparently you press the INSERT key someplace alongside the way. Press it back and you will desire to be ok. the nice and snug button is in the direction of the better precise on the keyboard. What happens is this, once you're in INSERT mode, the letters OVR look on the backside of the notice checklist - meaning which you're putting over textual content textile you have already written. What you decide on is to pass back to the default. try this via pressing INSERT back.

Is this recent problem? If yes, I would see a neurologist. If it's not new, then practice typing slowly and accurately. Don't increase your speed until you are typing correctly.
Good luck!
