I remember life without the internet... I was young, but I still remember. All of my research projects had to be done with (sometimes out of date) books from the school library and I had to actually telephone my friends when I wanted to chat.

University life I'm sure has definitely improved with the internet. My school pretty much runs online. You register for all your classes online, even! When I need to research a project, I can search for what books/journal articles are available before I leave my house, then print off the list, head over to the library, and be in and out of there in no time!

I heart the internet.

Good God...that takes me back to the 80's. Life without Internet was more family oriented...and television oriented. rating were better then. Now-a-days, TV stations are trying to get you back to watching the "boob-tube." To be honest I watch TV maybe an hour a day. Things like Yahoo answers are more educational and interactive. Maybe TV and internet will combine someday. Who knows.

Uck, stuck with network television.

I remember life before the internet ... being home meant bad TV. The internet is far more entertaining, even here in Y! Answers.

wow, that would be weird... what's the use of computers besides typing? internet is one of the best things about a computer... it would be like meat without salt... life would be boring... well, there would be no more news... only in newspapers.. in the internet, you can just click while in the papers, you have to turn and turn the page... internet is a big part of my life!!!

more challenging. people don't need to think anymore. every answer is a click away. remember Tonka trucks? Cardboard boxes? Things that made you use some imagination. We are doomed.
