The Salvation Army will take her in and provide services for her recovery including counseling, transportation to school for the children, daycare and legal referrals. Take her there as soon as safely possible. She must not reveal this information to her abusive spouse.

Women's Resource Center. They can refer to free legal aid service. All attoneys practicing law in Montana have to do so many hours of pro bono estes each year to stay licensed.

Just go up to the authorities and tell them... i think that would work... i'm not sure because i live in good ol' Canada... but I would do that regardless and they should help you and point you out. Good Luck and make sure your children are safe!
