Had a vechicle fix from wreck. They undercharged me. Then after I left they call me on my cell phone asking for more money. Then they call for a couple of days later asking for more. The amount is right that I should owe them but I was there 2 times and they couldn't get the bill right.

If you went back two more times and they still could not get it right, then I would just tell them to take you to court over it or to leave you alone.

I mean, you had no obligation to go back the first time if you ask me, because it was their responsibility to make sure they charged you the correct amount. If they gave you an estimate all they had to do was look at that and most of the work would have been done for them. How difficult can that be. If they can't do that right, then maybe they will learn from this experience and be more careful in the future.

I'm sure, if you have all your paperwork and if it comes down to it that you do go to court, the judge will see that you made several attempts to correct the situation. Unfortunately, the body shop people do not know what they are doing when it comes to writting up the bill so that they can get paid, and the judge should side with you.

They can only ask for what they quoted you.
If they quoted you a number, and they ended up charging you a different number, I think you are only responsible for whatvthey charged you at the end. A quote is not set in stone.

They're trying to screw you. My developer tried to do the same thing after our house was built.
They tried to tell me they forgot to put the backyard in the contract and wanted 3 grand.
I told them that if I had constructed the contract, I would pay them. But they're wrote the contract and they're responsible for it's accuracy not you and in my case not me.

Refuse to pay and tell them to sue you.... They'll fold up like a cheap suit.
