Use products containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. There are many, including Proactiv, Neutrogena, and other drugstore brands. Buy a blackhead remover at the drugstore...these really work and are better than squeezing them with your fingers.

Yes please, I was going to ask this earlier. You know those pore strips? I buy Biore ULTRA pore strips cause they are stronger than the regular ones and work 100% better. I am going to try using one every three days and see if it helps in the long run. Tho wont the pores just fill back up the next day or two? UGH!!! I hate them!!!

What could work for you if you have not tried it yet would be a good face or body scrub. This may be all you need. Clean and Clear scrub is really good tho it can be rough on sensitive skin so maybe just use it on the areas you need help.

I let my bf use BIORE strips once a week, rest of the time, wash your face at least 2 times a day (no more than 3 times w/ face wash thou) with Aveeno face wash targeted for blackhead--the foam pump one. after about 3 weeks, all his blackheads are gone~!! (the first day when we started it (with the nose strip) the strip was completely black...it was gross><. but now his nose is very clean and pore sizes are not big at all.

P.S. make sure you use cold water to tap on your nose to close the pore after you take the strip off.

I'd say the Biore pore strips!! those work the best, it hurts a little when you're pulling it off but then after I'm done my nose feels all moisturized and what not.

the pore strips get some of them but they always end up growing back. you have to get them extracted to get rid of them for good & make sure you follow up with good exfoliation 2 - 3 times per week to keep them clear.
