preperation h is a cream used primarily for hemmriods! I have also heard that you can use it for dark circles or bags under your eyes as it reduces inflamation. be extremely careful do not get the cream in your eyes! you buy it at any store which has a pharmacy. it is over the counter and relativly inexpensive. (WalMart, Walgreens, Drug Warehouse)

you only need witch hazel use it on a cotton ball it really works and it is so much cheaper
