you can have a discharge during certain times of the month that you are ovulating too...most discharges are just getting ride of normal lubricants from your system. Discharges during sex are part of arousal and normal too. But your vagina will also have a discharge with certain infections to help cleanse itself...

Overall, most clear and very light smelling discharges are normal. They can get egg-whitey and slippery during ovulate. Discharges with harsh/bad odors solid whiteish yellow/green warrant a trip to the doctor.
