Guys have heavier bones and more muscle (generally speaking) than girls. And even a small difference in height can mean a significant difference in weight, especially across genders. Being taller means that bones have to be stronger and muscles have to be stronger too (because long arms and legs are harder to move than short arms and legs). 150 can be very thin for a guy. I'm 5'8"-ish and about 140 lbs and I'd like to gain about 30 lbs of muscle. I think that's going to take me a while though. I just feel kinda scrawny sometimes, because a lot of my muscle is in my legs. My wrists seem too small to me too. Or maybe my hands are just big. Anyway, good night!

Guys normally have more muscle tone than women and muscle weights more that tissue or fat. So they might look small with solid muscle but they could weight more.

muscle is twice as dense as fat, so the same volume of muscle will weight twice as much. on average, men have a significantly higher proportion of muscle to fat than women, so they weigh more.

Because guys have bigger bone structures than women(sometimes). Also, women have more body fat than men, while men have more muscle mass.
