Pretty much everything that is a solid or none liquid because solid waste for the body. As far as liquids it is still filtered through the body ( kidneys bladder and such) and turned into waste. I have never heard of any that is 100% used up by the body. Every compound has some % of waste.

Sugar is one food that the body will burn almost completely.
Even that though does have "waste" products of carbon dioxide and water (and also heat which your body emits as it is not 100% efficient).
