Ok, so you got a great start with the total gym, and now you want supplements to help in your workout process. The giant tubs you are seeing usually are a protein drink designed to help flood your muscles with protein and help gain mass. There are many different types of protein drinks. Now as far as other supplements are concerned, I used a 'stack' from Muscletech products. A stack is basically two or more supplements taken together that work well with each other to help a common goal. For example you can take a mass stack, to increase mass, or a cutting stack to loose fat. Anyways I take a mass stack, Leukic, Gakic, and Creakic. Leukic is to turn your body anabolic, it to make it more pro workout. Gakic is a recovery supplement, helps you after those hard workouts not to be so sore, creakic is a creatine pill. All have additional benefits without side effects, but I will let you do the looking. I just dont want to sound like a muscletech consultant. I have been on those for a couple of months now and have seen great results. Especially since I was a 'beginner'. But with anything like that its best to see what you want do, set a goal, and do some research on the net, because there is no one size fits all supplement. Remember in the end you really dont need supplements, but it helps kick the body in the butt to make it realize you are working out. Hope this helps.

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your physique burn more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, based on “how a lot of calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients every single time you consume a specific food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
