I saw your question earlier. Do you mean to get what you want? I am not quite sure what you are looking for. I visualize what I want to happen. Try to make it as real as possible. Are you talking about work, art, anything in particular?

Yes. I am a Certified Hypnotherpist and a creative visualization coach.

With a "script" we can talk a client (or a group) through a relaxation technique. When the client is completely relaxed, we can then speak directly to their subconscious. (Alpha/Theta mind states). The mind directs and informs the individual about how to react to certain stimuli while awake. For example the sub conscious may have a "record" of seeing Mommy react with great fear about going into the water at a lake. The subconscious mind makes a note to BE AFRAID WHEN YOU GET NEAR WATER. That person could grow up never being able to go swimming and some may not be able to take a bath, even having a difficult time putting their face under running water in a shower.

In a very relaxed state, the visualization can be having the person see themselves as a small child feeling very safe in a little kiddy pool and walking them through a series of scenarios, making them, at ease about water.

While still in this very relaxed state, a suggestion is given that anytime the client is around water and feels any sense of discomfort they can touch the back of their hand and instantly they will re experince the relaxed calm state they are in right now and that they will then be able to calmly make decisions about water without an emotional reaction.

You can use creative visualization to assist athletes getting ready for competition, to relieve test anxiety for college students, to help cancer patients "see" their tumor and using the healing powers of their mind, see it getting smaller. This gives cancer patients a much needed moment of feeling like they have some power in their life again.

Does this help?

Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day -- every minute in fact. It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.

In the past, many of us have used our power of creative visualization in a relatively unconscious way. Because of our own deep-seated negative concepts about life, we have automatically and unconsciously expected and imagined lack, limitation, difficulties, and problems to be our lot in life. To one degree or another that is what we have created for ourselves.

I'm not sure what you're looking for either...relaxation is another possibility.
Maybe you could re-post stating exactly what you want to accomplish with visualization.

How about group 5 with 0% physical training and 100% mental training? How did they do?

There are lots of people who would laugh at the prospect of changing their fates. This is due to the fact that it believes that no one gets more that exactly what is put in his destiny.

Isn't it just a fancy way of saying 'use your imagination'...? Like when you want something to happen, you imagine it happening and then you figure out how you are going to make it happen.
