I need one for a pirate costume. (other suggestions for tops are welcome too)

I'm going to GoodWill tomorrow to look for shirts, but from past experience, its not easy to find what youre looking for costume-wise.

Is there a cheap (easy) way to make one? or another place to look for one?

A bustier is a great idea! You could even work any top that laces up the front or back, or even sides. Think 1980's. Lots of poet blouses, frills, and laces. You should find something at a thrift or vintage store. Good luck!

ebay is the answer, check their profile and send an email letting them know that you need it QUICK, i got a dress for my daughters valentine dance within 2 weeks, knowing that it was needed NOW she made an outstanding effort and i got it 3 days after winning the bid. there are great folk that will work with you out there!! i would also try jcpenney and other similar shops, they carry stuff like that!! goth shops will have them or if you have a victoria secrets and/or fredricks of hollywood shop(s) in town. good luck!!

It's Bustier...if it were me, I would want to know. You could probably find them pretty cheap at Forever 21, or Fredericks, some place like that.
