Im only 15 years old but Im seriously considering finding a island and starting my own little country when Im older is this somewhat possible? Well maybe not a country but a providence or a place like Puerto Rico where they have funds and a government connected to the united states. I would only have a small number of people on this island and I would form my own little government. Is this somewhat possible or am I completely crazy?

Native Americans have their own governments, and I think the Amish do also. I'd be happy just starting a community and and have it fairly self contained.

Why not. We have a chap here in Australia Who has decided to call himself King in a small country town out in the whoap whoap somewhere He has his own Principality and Castle.
I can't remember the name of the town, But yes he has a country and its his and he is the king. So How About that.
