Evolution. Think back to the cave time. If guys didn't fall asleep after sex they'd just want to keep at it until their ***** fell off. The sleepiness is nature's way of turning the guy off for a few so the girl can get out of the cave and back to work hunting up them nuts and berries. Eating for two y'know.

It's a design flaw. You see men have two heads and only enough blood to run one at a time. Once the little head is done, all that blood has to rush back to the other head. The sudden movement of all that blood back into the brain depresses thought even further and makes them drowsy. Once they wake up, they'll be fine. Everything will be evened out again.
