i went to a clinic and took a preg test and it came back neg. i have another app. coming up for a retest. is it possible for me to be preg and the test to come out neg? what will cause this to happen? i havent had my period since last month and i hear and read different things. i get soo confused. can someone help me?

It's possible for you to test a false positive with a urine test. Your most accurate results will come from a blood test. Does the center offer blood testing? If not, is it possible for you not to urinate first thing in the morning? It is said that you have the highest levels of HCG in the first morning urine... even though some tests don't require it, why not provide the best sample possible for testing if you can.
Also, you may be experiencing amenorrhea -- no period -- for a variety of reasons... diet, stress, too much exercise,etc... Try to relax...

You could have had a false neg or it may have been to early Yes you still could be pregnant going on the fact that you still have not had your periods yet

You can have alot of false negatives out there. But it depends if you are stressed out and if there is alot of things going on in you life right now.

Yes it is possible to have a false negative. However if you are stressing about it that can also affect your cycle.

i think u r pregnant, but if ur stressing bout it that can cause ur late period, its possible the negative test was wrong
