Either you have the sound control icon in your list of icons next to the clock below which you can double click on and increase the master volume. Or you may go through control panel to find this volume control as well. Or just turn up the speakers if possible. Some speakers can only get so loud, so you may want to invest in speakers that are powered not through the computer but through the electric outlet.

If already maxed out, nothing you can do but an external system. You'll want something with its own power source and sound amplifier.

goto program, accessories, entertainment, volume control. You can set the volume level.

you need to buy some powered speakers, ones they you have to plug into an outlet for power. Go for 200W or more and you'll be shaking the windows.
