Hmmm. Retro when? Sounds a bit 70s, I assume.
From the sounds of it, wearing a tube dress is not indecent or too sexy at all. It depends how tight and how long it happens to be.
I say that cause I have a beautiful sea blue barrel tube dress, that I brought in Miami. Everyhwere I go when I wear that thing, I'm the toast of the town

i'm not sure what casual smart is, but i would think a tube dress is appropriate for a prom.

most defanatly ... if it is smart casul that usually means a nice blouse nice pants or a simple dress like a sundress
