Will they do it again??Are they prejudiced ?

A - someone complained and they automatically deleted the question, or B- it wasn't written in the correct format (ie with a question mark???)
They won't even acknowledge an email when you querie the question that's been deleted. Not very good management of the system if you ask me.

Probably because in your question you gave taboo questions as an example. I didn't see it so I am just guessing.
