1.) Circle's radius= 2m & circle's diameter is 4m.

As long as you actually have a circle, then the radius must equal 1/2 the diameter, so if the radius is 2m, the diameter must be 4m. This statement is true.

2.) All numbers containing the digit 0 are divisible by 10.

This statement is false - it would be true if the statement was "All integers ending in 0 are divisible by 10."

Two examples: 15.0 is not divisible by 10, nor is 101.

the circle is cut so it's no longer a full circle, that way you got the radius of 2 but you don't have any diameter.
1024 contain 0 but it's not divisible by 10.
