You can't unless you have a very good restricting software. Most software either looks through a list of banned sites and also refers to a server for other sites under that category or look at sites and their key words. Not all sites are listed so you can never restrict all of them.

Nothing can block every site , as new porn sites come online every hour of every day. However, Sitehound is updated daily and its free. Guards againest surfing to malware filled and phishing sites too. Just password protect the porn sites in Sitehound.

Maybe you can try the KID-SAFE LIVECD. It's a linux flavor os.
Why not try, anyway you can run from CD only. Most LiveCD linuxes (that I tried) are easy to connect to the Internet!
It's really worth trying for. I know you heard of OLPC (One laptop per child), the OS in this small (and cute) computer is LINUX!

they generously say that they are porn site, but there is some site tat don't do that, so it is imosible to trace the pic one by one
