That depends on what you think. I am sure you have put alot of time effort and cash into your bar. Is there any added benefit to your girlfriend becoming joint owner?
Just remember there are alot of wives working for their husbands company where the company is in the sole ownership of the Husband. (And vice versa)
There may be emotional urge or need to do this, but is there a good business or comercial reason?
This is business - show your affection in some other way.
